The other one is called Brain-Pads and they produce very good double guards. While most of the shockdoctor guards just protect your upper row, the ones from Brain Pad protect both, and the good thing is that breathing should not be too much of a problem. If you decide to go for a full mouth guard you should wear it every once in a while when you are doing cardio training, as you breathing will be different.
